بناء علي تعليمات السيد المدير العام المهندس ابراهيم العريفي لتحسين أداء و نظام العمل بالشركة وقطاعتها المختلفة تقرر ما يلي:-

تطبيق لائحة الجزاءات وغرامات التأخير والغيابات حسب قانون العمل السعودي ابتداء من تاريخ 03/06/2023.

هذا القرار يهدف إلى تشجيع الموظفين على الالتزام بمواعيد العمل والحفاظ على سمعة الشركة وجودة خدماتها لذا نأمل من جميع الموظفين التعاون مع هذا القرار والالتزام به حرصا على مصلحة الشركة والموظفين.

في حالة حدوث أي تأخير أو غياب غير مبرر، سيتم تطبيق الجزاءات والغرامات المنصوص عليها في قانون العمل السعودي بدون استثناء.

According to the instructions of the General Manager Engr. Ibrahim Al-Arifi to improve the quality and performance of the daily work within the Company and its several sectors the following rules will be applied:

Implementation of the list of Late Attendance and Absences Violations and Penalties according to the Saudi Labor Law starting from date 03/06/2023.

This decision is to motivate the Employees to adhere to the work schedules and maintain the company's reputation and the quality of its services. We hope that all Employees will cooperate with this decision and abide by it in the interests of both the Company and its Employees.

In case of any unjustified Late Attendance or Absence, the Violations and Penalties stipulated in the Saudi Labor Law will be applied without exception.
